Once booked no part of cancellation is allowed. In case of total cancellation of booking before 48 hours of the Check in time (10.00 am) 50% of booking charge and full caution money will be refunded but beyond 48 hours the caution money will be forfeited. If during occupancy any damage of the Hostel property is done by the occupant, the total costs of the damage property have to be realized by the occupant. Booking of conference Hall may be cancel at any time for Government purpose. Any short of program has to be completed within 8:00 a.m to 8:30 p.m positively in the conference Hall. Check Out time: 10.00 a.m. Check In time: 10.00 a.m. onwards up-to 8.00 p.m. No extra person will be allowed to stay with the occupant. Person with infection/contagious disease is not allowed to stay in the Hostel. Use and or possession of drugs/alcohol or any other intoxicant, smoking, gambling in the Hostel premises is strictly prohibited. Actions will be taken against violator as per law of the land. Boarders may use their own locks for the room/luggage. The Youth Hostel authority will not responsible for any lose of the belongings of the boarders. Visitors will not allow inside the room. The borders may meet their visitors in the lounge. The main Gate of the Hostel will be closed at 10.00 P.M. The border shall enter in the hostel ahead of the timing. The room light shall be put off within 11.00 P.M The booking of the Hostel may be cancelled without showing any reason in case of government requirement. No compensation for the purpose will be paid of course; the accommodation charge paid will be refunded without any deduction. Border list & photo Identity card must be submitted to the hostel authority. Except VIPs car other Vehicle are not allowed inside the area of the SBS Yuba Awas. Violation of any of the aforesaid terms & condition shall amount to forfeited of the caution money.

In case of power failure and other unforeseen mechanical DEFECT DURING THE PROGRAMME SBS Yuba Awas authority will not be responsible. Sitting arrangement of VIPS, Cultural Teams and Musicians on the stage or in the backstage during the program shall have to be arrange by the user agency. Violation of any of the aforesaid terms & condition shall amount to forfeited of the caution money.
